By uploading your resume and profile information:

• You grant NeuroPrint Analytics the right to share your information with potential employers
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it to employers
• You are responsible for removing outdated or incorrect information

5. Job Applications

When applying for jobs through our Platform:

• We act as an intermediary between you and employers
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls
• Application decisions are made solely by employers
• We are not responsible for employer actions or decisions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information
• Apply for jobs you are not qualified for
• Harass other users or employers
• Use automated systems to apply for jobs
• Share confidential employer information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• Remove any content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue services at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

NeuroPrint Analytics shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Job application outcomes or employment decisions
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Actions of employers or third parties

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
